As a photography service provider, your privacy is of utmost importance. This policy outlines how your data and images will be used:

1. Personal Information: Any personal information shared during the process of booking or during a shoot will only be used for communication and the execution of services. It will not be shared with third parties without your consent.

2. Images: By using my services, you agree that I retain the right to use any photos taken during your session for promotional purposes, including but not limited to my portfolio, website, social media, and publications.

3. Third-Party Access: Photos will not be sold or licensed to third parties without explicit written consent, except for the aforementioned uses.

4. Request for Removal: If you wish to withdraw your consent for the use of any specific images in the future, you may do so by contacting me directly, and I will accommodate your request where possible.

5. Security: All images and data will be stored securely, and I will take appropriate measures to prevent unauthorized access to your files.

Terms of Service

By booking and using my photography services, you agree to the following terms:

1. Ownership and Usage: I retain full copyright and ownership of all photos taken during your session. You are granted a personal, non-commercial license to use the images for your own purposes, such as sharing on social media or personal prints. Any commercial use of the images requires a separate agreement.

2. Image Publication: I reserve the right to use the images captured for my own promotional purposes, including portfolio showcases, website displays, social media posts, and other forms of media publication.

3. Payment and Cancellation: Full payment is due by the agreed date. Cancellations or rescheduling must be communicated at least 72 hours in advance. Failure to do so may result in a cancellation fee and loss of your deposit. Deposit are included in your total fee for a session and will be taken into account for balances.

4. YourLiability: I will not be held responsible for any injuries, accidents, or damages that occur during the photoshoot. You agree to participate at your own risk. Please stay hydrated, fed, and energised when we shoot not only for your safety but for the results of your photos.

5.. My liability: I will do my best to stay within reasonable time for service delivery. Sometimes external factors result in delays of product delivery and I will do my best to overcome any issues that may come about. If there is a loss of final photos, videos, or failure to recover corrupted or damaged files I will contact you. If I am unable to meet the timeline for product delivery and submit them to you past a week of promised delivery, you will receive componsation of %25 of the service fee and your deposit. If there is no chance at recovery due to technical failure that service and deposit will be waived (ie: photo and video service was provided but only video was submitted, photo service will be waived and only video will be charged).

6. Delivery of Photos: Photos will be delivered within the time frame specified after the session. Expedited editing is included. Any additional edits or retouching beyond the initial agreement may incur additional fees and may become unavailable at any time for any reason.

7. Auto-Deleting and Private Albums: Photos taken the photoshoot will have a given amount of time to download or print photos. Albums or photos can be removed from my portfolio or choice of service at any time within reason. A last chance email warning will be sent before I remove the album, physical versions, and/or files.

Ian Edily reserves the rights and/or has explicit permission to publicise the intellectual property used on this Site. You may not (re)publish any content on this website without explicit permission in the form of written agreement.
